swadian knights win everything
they train like wild fire, and the knight is pretty boss
not the best unit in the game, but very close (actually is the best unit on horseback, and only 2nd or 3rd best on foot)
the proper way to train men is to leave the higher ranks grouped together and only upgrade them as a solid group. you can do this with lower ranks as well.
for example, gather 200 crossbowmen, and keep them as crossbowmen until all 200 are ready to be upgraded into veteran crossbowmen.
when they stay in groups this way, they train to the next level much quicker
