Solid tips. I wish I could get more Rhodok guys for my castle, but we always seem to be at war with them. I can still recruit them from co-opted villages, but their numbers are thin. Vaegir Marksmen are excellent, but Rhodok Sharpshooters are just murderous. I don't even try to besiege Rhodok castles if they're reasonably healthy in late-game. If their Sharpshooters don't kill you during a siege, their sergeants will.
