That's not at all what I said. Recreationally does not assume constantly. I know plenty of people that only smoke on weekends, or at a party maybe once a month, etc.
If you're talking about people who smoke a shit ton literally every day to the point where they can't exit the house without being high then yes, your point is valid, but you're arguing an extreme and last I checked this isn't a Facebook wall.
