these humanoid armors can obviously be tossed onto whatever NPC you create.
game has tons of diversity, one can really make a proper expansion. i would include deadric reapers as non-scaled level 80-100 type of enemy placed in associated location by hand. or maybe even take this game into the 150-200 level range as i previously discussed

for some reason people are only making these monster mod compilations of dildo unicorns and shit

but anyway i really know how to balance this game, the thing which worries me the most are the skills overhaul. i need to adjust other peoples mods and i fear this may become too tedious or complex for me. i also plan on just removing easy broke shit from the player and not enemies, like paralysis (even remove chance of paralysis)
and also limit sneaking to just the base skill with no perks, and cap at 100,
the option to muffle footsteps as enchantment still exists.
sneak at base lvl 100 with no perks and just a pair of muffled boots is actually the sweetspot for sneaking
