im also thinking of doing like an uber skyrim,
which takes place after the fall of skyrim. that would be a better setting for tribalism.
removing the major keeps and replacing them with rubble, than making various other changes
humans would be rare like argonians and kajit were in skyrim. the land would be mostly forsowrn, orc and argonian
probably be the just about orcs doing their move on power
areas would be a little different and inhabited in zones for various tribes
resources harder to come by, increased difficulty, we wuz, etc.
