Mix in some super mutant behemoth stuff. Orc war giants should be radioactive and carry shopping carts full of rocks.
Actually, give all the orcs shopping carts, but make them dented with wobbly wheels. Mammoths keep accidentally stepping on them, and the orcs don't know how to fix them. A certain number of broken carts cause the orc army to frenzy.
Also, make some fat orcs that ride around on motorized shopping carts. Frenzy can be caused by too many fat orcs blocking lanes and asking leaner orcs to reach for things on high shelves.
