Now that's just horribly racist.
I haven't played L4D in a while but I bet there's a skaven replacement mod on the workshop, those unscrupulous modders will rip off anything. Why, I've played the campaigns with zombies that look like:
Cats.
Velociraptors.
Teletubbies.
Anime girls.
Star Wars Battledroids.
Trash cans.
Nazis.
Zoidberg
And of course, Ugandan Knuckles.
