RE: meat vs. tree
Humans think they're omnivorous, but they're not. They like meat, but it doesn't like them. Mostly, meat just sits there in your digestive tract, doing horrible things. This is why we have all those molars and underdeveloped incisors. If we were meant to be carnivores, we would have a mouth full of kitchen knives.
This does not prevent me from knocking people aside at barbecues so I can stuff myself with multiple slabs of animal flesh cooked over charcoal embers. I hate myself. It's all very disgusting.
