Also, I find it odd that for the last thirty years there's been a surplus of people coming up with new fad diets or dietary recommendations as though they're discovering a new element unknown to man. Everything there is to know about dietary health has mainly been uncovered.
Want to live forever? Go talk to your doctor or nutritionist instead of the gypsy at the Farmers Market trying to sell you organic Gramineae stewed in the proteins of sautéed lawn grubs.
