they especially need it the most. yes, i suppose it's coincidence that wine happens to use grapes, but that's besides the point.
fruits and vegetables are not really healthy as idiots want you to believe, especially fruits. some (very few) of them happen to have interesting chemicals. grapes are actually one of them
