It's an amorphous blob. And it can quickly dissolve itself and go into other things, like trees, but really anything.
Really anything, it can be man, or whatever. Theoretically It takes a while for it to be human, in which there is no turning back.
I think its natural body is using the mechanics of slime (the actual species of living slime)
