can somebody also explain how its possible to even be arrested without any evidence of a crime being committed?
for example,
if you rob a liquor store, the evidence of a crime would be the fucking missing cash.
or if you murder someone, the fucking evidence would be the missing body
the point is, there has to be *something* which actually suggests a crime took place. something beyond what some nigger idiot says with his mouth
