Sorry to interrupt the Necro symposium
but I had to show this. It's the Hangman's Alley settlement in FO4, which is not far from Diamond City. Because it's in town and has constricted space, it's very difficult to build, even with mods. She's made a Children of Atom theme on the PS4 with no mods. Every single thing is placed by hand. In some cases, the pillar and rug glitch techniques are breathtaking. You can't appreciate what a work of art this is unless you do FO4 settlement building.
