Currently in Mexico, in a city that's proud to be in the top 20 most violent cities on earth. Fortunately, I'm a "Don't spend money you don't have on shit you don't need" sorta person, things might be tough but hey, at least I'm debt free.
India is still be too expensive, I'm thinking the University of Liberia might be a good fit, where the campus shuttle is actually a 2016 Toyota Hilux with a PK machine gun mounted on the back.
