2 procs + 1 ez cast skill = over 110% reduction to enemy vitality resistance + additional room for additional res reductions in co op because there are more than one res mod type
the one im using is pure percentage, the other one is a solid number stats reduction and they stack with each other
this game has some strange mechanics
