anyway, the necromancer mastery level 40 skill (or whatever) with the +vit and ather dmg and +cast speed also comes with 9% dmg into life,
you can bind the devotion which looks like a picture of a floating skull to it,
this causes the skill which is duration based and features a lot of poison dmg and vitality dmg to bind to the 9% life leech and it activates instantly under enemy feet and has area of effect
the dmg into life mod is normally only for melee attacks, unless its specifically bound to a spell, otherwise items with this mod apply to physical weapons and phys weapon skills only
but with the necro skill it turns into a huge life gen tank along with like 5 other major life steal sources
