I totally get that it's a shooter, and I have been treating everyone outside of Pala as automatically hostile. I just find it a little jarring when I'm out in the countryside, miles from the nearest guard post, and a jeep comes out of nowhere, stops right next to me, and the driver gets out and starts shooting.
