the species of tree is one of a kind
its the most "complex" crop produced en mass scale
growing it outside of its native habitat would basically require a greenhouse laboratory, and would have some ongoing needs besides watering.
it would be perfect for universities to grow,
in fact its sad that none of them do this, because its something they really should be doing, but the human race is full of shit, so, nobody actually does the things they need to do
