I'd say we're definitely at peak retard as far as the country being divided by two extremist views. I miss when people bothered to have their own opinion as opposed to joining a side then living in that echo chamber with other people shouting the same things, only to occasionally chastise somebody with the opposite view should they encounter them in the wild.
The sad part is, the majority of the uneducated society put us here. Best to wait out extinction until the 1% can finally live in a utopia where we don't exist. I don't even blame them. It sounds pretty great actually if you're lucky enough to be in that camp.
