the next best jew deal on ebay is the dell optiplex 3200
which is selling for 100$ free ship on average
this is a i5 4590 system typically with 16gb ram
s1150 optiplex mobos are cheap too. but you need a special adapter for them, for your PSU.
picked up an optiplex 7020 board just cause it was so cheap (14.75$ free ship). the 7020 actually has a standard-tier intel chipset
