let me explain why you should not be scared of 4 ISP
you see physics come into play here
can you actually guess the literal and physical, real world frame of time for a complete CPU cycle @ 3.7ghz ?
at that point the processor is using some kind of turbo diesel direct injection method for operation, maybe even using sunlight directly in its core
