There's not many exclusives for the cd32, almost everything has either a floppy version or whdload install; and a lot of whdload games support cd32 controls.
The only real reason to play cd32 from original isos is if you want CDDA. If you are too lazy to create a harddisk file, install ClassicWB, and download whdload packs, there's some unofficial compilation ISOS floating around.

Otherwise, the ones you have missing from that list are:
Arabian Nights
Beavers
Brian The Lion
Fightin' Spirit
James Pond 2
Liberation (probably the best cd32 game)
Pirates! Gold
Skeleton Krew
Zool 2

There's also some bug in the Amiga versions of D/Generation where if you stand right next to turret and throw a grenade, it'll destroy the turret and not use any grenades.
