Croup Manor has some kind of bug that prevents settlers from going to bed at night. The same bug has affected Coastal Cottage, which has enough problems on its own. Otherwise, everyone so far is quite happy. This resolves me: once I get the in-game populated places finished, I will return to the Conquest mod and create unofficial settlements -- only this time, no settlers will be invited. I'll have hobo villages with wonderful amenities, but I will shoot any settler who wanders by.
