One branch of interest related to FO4 settlement building is seeing what can be done without mods. I've seen some impressive work in this area but none as good as this guy's entry for a contest. Every napkin, tin can, and dog bowl was placed by hand. The glitching is nothing short of perfect. This was all done with only the game and DLC's in their out-of-the-box state. For some reason, I really like the dogs. I'm going to put more dogs in my places.
