the heart needs to "pump clearly" without obstruction
a "clear pump" means the signal went all the way through as it should.
the signal can actually be diverted due to complications in pumping, and i even think there is an area reserved specifically for this. for bad signal to safely store.
but there is also another different area which this signal stores and that is not safe. this is definitely where the heart attack occurs.
