I confess I was a tad shocked by your rampage against the Brohood. You kilt 'em good, even tough guys like knights and Elder Maxson. Be aware, however, that they get really powerful as you level up. No other faction has their advantages. I wouldn't want them for enemies, but given your progress so far, you'll probably be more than a match.
Pro tip: If you haven't gone back to the Prydwen and cleaned out all the levels, it would be advisable to do so. I think you left a bunch of people alive. Also, I don't know whether they respawn or not, so you may have to do pest patrols from time to time.
