You're describing sound mixing and mastering which is not what 99% of consumers want. They just want a song that's already been mixed properly by the studio to stream to their devices... so why don't you make like an 8th grader and split your own tracks in Audacity, bump the drums up by 1 decibel, then exclaim how inferior the original is every time it comes on.
