it also costs about 60$ to turn your PC into an actual console if you already own a Radeon card with SVGA output (analog through DVI also acceptable)
you can actually make your GPU output 240p at 15khz with special drivers and convert the RGBHV signal over SVGA/DVI to composite, for CRT television sets. exact as all the original systems from the 80s and 90s, and arcade too.
the xbox classic does not output 240p, however the Wii does.
the wii is the only real system you can emulate on with proper low res output, though i would not emulate PS1 and above on the wii, its not good enough.
CRTs give off too much radiation though
it really is a novelty, i dont think it would be right to game on a CRT for hours on end
and the right RGB converter is a bit hard to find, one manufacturer wont properly handle RGBHV, but the other will
only one person properly makes this converter
