yeah, theres no point for ECM anymore,
not when you can target the jamming ship
you can do anything you want with it, and the fit relies on buffing your sensors on the low slots, so any ECM build is a major handicap now. it would only be useful in one very specific situation which is totally not worth wasting SP on
