This is my first Forza Horizon game but my understanding is that all of the open world ones have off roading by definition. There's plenty of rally cars and off-road vehicles but it's almost more fun tuning up a Peel P50 with a motorcycle engine then taking it off the first cliff you can find. I'd also assume that off-roading and rally racing in general has more of an emphasis in this one as each week the season changes, and the Autumn and Winter roads are basically like driving on vaseline.
