You probably expect me to correct "Is a VICE show" and make it "Is that a VICE show." You would be wrong. I was going for a defunct Soviet bloc dialect. "Is" would be pronounced "Ees." Almost like John Malkovich's Teddy KGB in Rounders, but he didn't do it right.
