I should note that I don't really care about 4k gaming too much since to me, it's annoying to have to download a terabyte worth of high-res texture packs... however, it's undeniably sexier on a 4K tv.
Though part of that may be more attributed towards the sets that have true HDR. For some reason, I enjoy when the white/black contrast of a tv burns into my eyes like staring at the sun.
