i have located an anomaly in my city
there is a street,
this river does not flow as it should
there seems to be inhabitants, which are gang affiliated
but they are not your typical gang
they know what is going on. and they seem to be the ones who break all the laws in a special way, and the strange thing is the LAPD probably knows about this
