RE: I watched an episode of "Jail" last night
Just read the updated docket. The transcript will be prepared at the cost of the state because he's broke (indigent they called him). If I can get it when its ready I will. Oh, and does anybody want copies of his finger prints?
For the same reason, he's been awarded a public defender for the appeal. Oh, they asked for a bond to be held while his appeal was pended, and the judge generously agreed, and set it for...a MEEEEELION DOLLARS [/dr.evil]. Harsh.
The sentence states that he served almost a year as of the date of the sentencing, so that little mystery is settled it seems.
