If his daughter really set him up, she must have done a masterful job with her testimony, or his lawyer must have been an extraordinary idiot. I mean, if all one needed to do is demonstrate that was not the body of a three hundred pound man (doesn't look that fat to me), can't see vasectomy scars (I can't see mine, and I bloody well know where I was cut), and had scads of girlfriends who could identify his penis.
Or, of course, he did it.
