Unless your lawyer counseled you not to present any evidence whatsoever (because the defense doesn't have to) and you are scared shitless and listen to your crummy (public defender) lawyer. I dunno.
Lying or not, child molestation charges are pretty much tar and feathering. It's only recently that people falsely charged of rape are starting to get off, and we STILL don't prosecute women who charge people falsely with it.
