I have Netflix now
I am at a complete loss about why people rave over this service. The movie library is 90% junk. The original content seems to be unfunny millennial comedies and SyFy/Walking Dead-inspired silliness minus commercials. I've watched exactly 1-1/2 episodes of The Haunting of Hill House and can't sit through another minute. I told myself I would watch until they trotted out the bug-emerging-from-someone's-mouth cliche. They had a bug crawling out of a squirrel's mouth or something. They took Shirley Jackson's brilliant novel and made it into an episodic string of horror memes.
I sat there and searched for six movies in a row. Netflix had not one of them. They weren't obscure. They did, however, have every low-budget straight-to-DVD thing you could want.
'Splain to me why I should like this.
