there used to be places, but they slowly get closed up
this city is being ran like a 14 year old scientologist
the state is also fucking stupid
much work went into developing state and municipal law, some of the best.
there are specific things, sanctity, being violated
its a bit of arrogance and sadistic corruption, though i wouldn't consider the corruption to be of the profitable sort
