Despite not remembering most of the levels, I managed to find every secret level, except for the one in the fourth episode, but I'm not too hot about replaying that episode to find it, because the fourth-episode levels built by Sandy Petersen are the worst part of the game. These levels seem large, but empty. The architecture is boxy, with many large, flat surfaces. There are lots of gimmicky traps.
