With all their resources, Google has the best chance of delivering what they're claiming, but I'm always skeptical about this kind of stuff. Maybe it'll work; maybe not. If it does, it will have an interesting effect on gaming, that's for sure.
I think, however, they should add "For best results, use Google fiber to the home."
