I predict that Walmart will change their name to S-Mart and hire Bruce Campbell as a front man. Of course, their main audience won't know who Bruce Campbell is, so their service will fail miserably.
Microsoft will just buy out everyone except Google and throw money around until they realize this is more like Windows Phone than Xbox. With everyone gone, Google can start raising prices and gimping their infrastructure.
