Act V is probably the best if you can suffer through II - IV to get there.
Act I was very good also.
The story in D3 is whats killing it for you. Its just soo bad and unnecessary. POE has a mild story and the gameplay is what grabs you. In D3 they just ram Leah and her mother down your throat.
