I know I'm a terrible person, but I never got all the Star Wars hoopla. The Empire Strikes Back was the only marginally interesting entry, IMO. A New Hope was a mess and just lucked into being popular. The Return of the Jedi was already on the downhill slide that characterized the second round of movies. After the fact, everyone assigned a lot of importance to the franchise, crediting Lucas with being a great mythologist, but I couldn't see it. The whole thing seemed to be a vehicle for selling Yoda lunchboxes and Pez dispensers.
