Welp, got the new Knuckle today and only took me an hour and a half or so (including a run to the parts store for cotter pins) to get everything torn down and reinstalled again.
Thankfully, all the pieces connected to the knuckle are so new (about a year on the oldest part) that it came off without much fuss. A few smacks with the sledge and the knuckle slipped right out and I was able to put the new one in and tie everything back together.
