ah, almost forgot,
character class
i chose breton, with the 10% magic resistance
but so far no items/enchantments offer this mod, with the intent to stack. but very possible this mod will be introduced sometime later. the game is still beta, and they keep adding stuff all the time, and not removing or nerfing anything
the mechanics are very simple, light weapons seem like they own now, but i have not played the end game yet
for character classes, the typical bonus is 5% of a weapon class type, which is absolutely useless,
so your only two real options are the magic resistance or healing bonus, which is only 5%, again worthless
though i could be overlooking a 10% heal bonus which i probably forgot about, in which case would contend with the 10% magic res bonus
...probably go with magic resistance bonus anyway
