just to be clear
stacking evasion is good, but its not enough
evasion is more of a trick just to get you into the late game with a poopy build and then give up for wasting all your time
to properly soak phys in legendary, its really a combination of evasion, shield and armor working together.
absolutely must need those three things, unless you wish to play as a very slow snail barely crawling through mobs and half hour kite sessions with bosses
