the game drops more loot, but its balanced
before mayhem, a rare would drop about every 4 hours of gaming including bosses, which is how things should be. other games should probably take note here.
loot drops only get excessive in mayhem, but thats also how it should be as the drop chance is also jacked up with the difficulty
not sure what you are smoking here
rare loot also has tiers, i get a ton more rares especially with my ultra rare, rare finding artifact, but many of the rares are repeating and many seem to be much more common than others, even as rares
the rare, rares do occasionally drop, and it takes work
i feel this is how things should be, rather than just having nothing drop ever as in every other game
