Also, I saw Joker yesterday. Although I like a lot of the movies Joaquin Phoenix is in (e.g., Inherent Vice), I'm not a Joaquin Phoenix fan. For reasons I don't quite understand, he creeps me out. Nevertheless, Joker is an excellent movie. Heath Ledger will always be the definitive Joker for me, but the new movie does a great job of "origining."
