The 2600 is what I have. I suppose the money you saved over an equivalent intel setup could have gone pretty far towards a decent new GPU. That said, I'm still using a GTX660. I can't really vouch for its performance since all I can compare it to is a bunch of i5 laptops, which all tend to run like shit. Granted, the majority of the discrepancy might be attributed to the lack of SSDs on them. Whatever the case may be, I'm satisfied with the performance while having avoided intel prices, just like the last AMD machine I assembled.
