NBlood Bloodbath Server
Not sure if you guys are interested, but one of the NBlood devs have been playing around with doing a multi-player server for Blood.
I'm hosting an instance here: http://45.62.224.89/nblood/home
It's still based pretty much on the game lobby system, so all the players need to be ready to start at the same time.
